Elizabeth GrantThe founding member of the firm, Attorney Grant concentrates in the areas of employment law, education law, and occupational safety and health (OSHA). She also offers her services as a trained mediator in the context of alternative dispute resolution and offers third-party investigation services as independent, outside counsel.

Prior to launching her own practice in June 2005, Attorney Grant was a partner in the Burlington law firm of Paul Frank + Collins PC, where she chaired the Employment and Education Law department. Ms. Grant formerly served as Legal Counsel to the Vermont Department of Education, as an Assistant Attorney General to the State of Vermont and was appointed by the Governor to the Vermont Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Attorney Grant has also been elected by her peers to The Best Lawyers in America and has received multiple Number 1 ratings by Chambers & Partners in the area of employment law. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
